PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT ALL OF OUR SHOES ARE CUSTOM MADE FOR YOU. WE THANK YOU FOR YOUR PATIENCE AS WE CUSTOM MAKE YOUR PAIR FOR YOU. WE TAKE PRIDE IN THE FACT THAT OUR SHOES ARE HAND-MADE AND HAND-SEWN, AND HOPE THAT YOU DO, TOO.
Your shoes may take a little longer to produce depending on the style, size and fabric selection. If you have any questions about the specifics of your order, feel free to email us: firstname.lastname@example.org or 855-996-SHOE EXT 307.
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from CHARLESTON SHOE CO., therefore, we do allow returns from only online purchases within 15 days of delivery for all shipped orders that have not been worn. Please email email@example.com for any refund requests. We allow exchanges company wide. You can exchange in store or ship back to our warehouse for processing. Address listed below. If you are not particularly sure about a pair of shoes, please don’t wear it. Once you do, the shoes can no longer be exchanged. We only accept exchanges for merchandise purchased at Charleston Shoe Co. Merchandise purchased at other retailers must be returned or exchanged at that retail store.
We are not responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred.
