Are your shoes bunion-friendly?
Yes! We're known for our bunion-friendly designs. Many of our styles feature criss-cross straps over the toes, which provide extra comfort and support for bunion-prone feet. Look for this detail when browsing our collections.
How do I know which size to order?
Our shoes generally run true to size. We recommend reading the product description thoroughly for detailed sizing notes specific to each style. If you're ever between sizes, our customer service team is happy to help you find the perfect fit!
Do you offer gift cards?
Absolutely! Charleston Shoe Co. gift cards are available online and in-store. They make the perfect gift for any occasion. Please note: gift cards can only be redeemed in-store at this time.
Can I host a home show or trunk show?
Yes, you can! If you wish Charleston Shoes were sold in your town, you can make that happen by hosting a home show. It's a fun way to bring friends and family together to try on and shop our styles. Ordering & Payment

How can I place an order?
Simply browse our website at charlestonshoeco.com, add your favorite styles to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can also visit one of our store locations to shop in person!
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and Charleston Shoe Co. gift cards.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn't been processed yet, we're happy to help with changes or cancellations. Contact our customer service team as soon as possible at customerservice@charlestonshoeco.com or call us at (855) 996-7463.

Shipping

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on orders over $170 within the U.S. Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We partner exclusively with FedEx for shipping. While we strive to ship within 5 business days, processing currently takes approximately 7-10 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. Please allow additional time during busy holiday periods. For expedited options, contact us at customerservice@charlestonshoeco.com.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship only within the United States.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We accept eligible returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase for online orders. Items must be unworn and unwashed with tags attached. In-store purchases are eligible for returns or exchanges within 10 days. For full details, visit our Return Policy page.
Is return shipping free?
When you opt in for return coverage at checkout, a prepaid return shipping label is included, allowing you to return any item(s) for free. If you choose not to purchase return coverage, you can still return items, but you'll be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.
Can I return or exchange online purchases in-store?
Yes! You can return or exchange online purchases at any of our retail locations. Just bring your order confirmation and the unworn items in their original packaging.

Shoe Care

Are your shoes machine washable?
Yes, the majority of our shoes are machine washable! Simply remove any inserts, place the shoes in a garment bag, and wash on a gentle cycle with cold water. Air dry for best results. Please note: this does not apply to leather styles.
Are your leather shoes machine washable?
No. Our leather shoes are genuine leather and should not be machine washed. We recommend spot treating with a damp cloth to keep them looking their best.

What is Shoe Joy?
Shoe Joy is our nonprofit initiative, launched during Covid, dedicated to giving back through the joy of shoes. Through our partnership with Soles4Souls, Shoe Joy has provided millions of dollars worth of free shoes to people in need around the world. It's one of the things we're most proud of at Charleston Shoe Co.
