Q: Can I change or cancel my order?

Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes, we offer free standard shipping on orders over $170 within the U.S. Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Standard shipping typically takes 4-7 business days. Expedited options are available for faster delivery. Please allow additional time for processing during busy holiday periods.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Currently, we ship ONLY within the U.S..

Returns & Exchanges

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We offer hassle-free returns within 30 days of purchase for unworn items in their original condition. Visit our Returns Page to learn more or start a return HERE!

Q: Can I exchange my item for a different size or color?
A: Yes! Exchanges are easy and free within 30 days. Start your exchange through our HERE or contact our customer service team for assistance.

Q: Can I return a final sales item?
A: No! All 'Final Sale' items are not eligible for returns, exchanges or refunds.

Q: What is “Free Returns” Coverage?

A: When you opt-in for coverage at checkout, your return shipping label is included, allowing you to return any item(s) in your order for FREE. If you decide not to buy return coverage you can still return your items, but you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label. All returns are subject to the guidelines outlined in our Return Policy.

Product Care

Q: Are your shoes machine washable?
A: Yes, a majority of our shoes are machine washable! Simply remove any inserts, place the shoes in a garment bag, and wash on a gentle cycle with cold water. Air dry for best results.

Q: Are your loafers or any leather shoe machine washable?
A:
No. Our leather shoes are genuine leather, we advise you to spot treat with a damp cloth!

Q: How do I know which size to order?

Q: Do you carry wide or narrow sizes?
A: Many of our styles feature stretchy, adjustable uppers to accommodate a variety of foot shapes. Contact us for specific recommendations if needed.

Q: Are your shoes bunion-friendly?
A: Yes, we are known for our bunion-friendly shoes! If the straps criss-cross over the toes, they are designed to provide extra comfort and support for bunion-prone feet.

Q: Do you offer gift cards?
A: Absolutely! Charleston Shoe Co. gift cards are available online and in-store. They make the perfect gift for any occasion.

Q: How do I redeem a gift card online?
A: Gift cards can only be redeemed in-store. We are working on updating our gift card process to work for online purchases!
