Online and In-store Return Policy:
Charleston Shoe Company will accept back unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise within 21 days of original purchase. All returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase. Once a return is processed, refunds must be issued to the original form of payment at the original selling price.
To make a return please fill out the bottom of the Return Form and enclose with your return. All returns must be mailed to the address below:

We are not responsible for return shipping charges that may be incurred. When shipping back to us, we highly recommend you use a trackable shipment method, and that the package is insured for the full amount of the purchase.
Please note: Trunk Show purchases are eligible for an exchange or store credit only.
Online and In-store Exchange Policy:
If you love your shoes but just want a different size, color or style, we will happily accept exchanges company wide! You may either exchange in store or ship back to our customer service team for processing. Please note these shoes must also be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged - if any of these have occurred, the shoes can no longer be exchanged. Exchanges must be made for items of equal value.
Charleston Shoe Company accepts returns or exchanges for merchandise purchased at our own retail and e-commerce locations. Any merchandise purchased at other retailers must be returned or exchanged through that retail location.
