COVID-19 Temporary Return Policy:
Our number one priority is the health and wellness of our employees and customers during these uncertain times. In order to ensure safe practices we have made a few temporary updates to our policies.
- We have extended our return policy to accept back unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise within 60 days of original purchase.
- For safety reasons, any package that is mailed back for return or exchange will be held for 5 days before being opened and processed.
- All refunds will be made to the original form of payment once processed.
- Exchanges will be shipped as soon as possible once processed.
Online and In-store Return Policy:
Charleston Shoe Company will accept back unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise within 30 days of original purchase. All returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase. Once a return is processed, refunds must be issued to the original form of payment at the original selling price.
To make a return please fill out the bottom of the Return Form and enclose with your return. All returns must be mailed to the address below:

We are not responsible for return shipping charges that may be incurred. When shipping back to us, we highly recommend you use a trackable shipment method, and that the package is insured for the full amount of the purchase.
NOTE: Trunk Show purchases are eligible for an exchange or store credit only.
Accessories / Last Chance / Sale Styles Return Policy:
Any shoe from our LAST CHANCE collection or our ACCESSORIES collection, and any items sold at a discount during promotional times are final sale. If you believe you received a defective product or there are obvious flaws in workmanship, please email our Customer Service team and we will evaluate these requests on a case-by-case basis.
Online and In-store Exchange Policy:
If you love your shoes but just want a different size, color or style, we will happily accept exchanges company wide! You may either exchange in store or ship back to our customer service team for processing. Please note these shoes must also be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged - if any of these have occurred, the shoes can no longer be exchanged. Exchanges must be made for items of equal value and must be accompanied by proof of purchase.
Charleston Shoe Company accepts returns or exchanges for merchandise purchased at our own retail and e-commerce locations. Any merchandise purchased at other retailers must be returned or exchanged through that retail location.
