Online Purchases
30-day return windowReturns and exchanges accepted within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unworn and unwashed with all original tags attached.
In-Store Purchases
10-day return windowReturns and exchanges accepted within 10 days. Items must be unworn and unwashed with tags attached. If worn or washed, items can no longer be exchanged.

We can only accept returns on items that haven't been worn or washed. Please keep your tags on until you're sure about your purchase.
Last Chance and sale items are final sale
Any shoes from our Last Chance collection and any items sold at a discount during promotional periods are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Stacy Bradley items (in-store) are exchange only
Stacy Bradley items purchased in store are eligible for exchange only, not refund.
Free Returns Coverage
When you opt-in for coverage at checkout, your return shipping label is included with your order, allowing you to return any item for free.

Free Return Shipping
Pre-paid return label included. No return shipping costs. Just pack it up and drop it off.
Without Coverage
You Cover Shipping
You can still return items within the return window. You'll just be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.
