Charleston Shoe Company will accept eligible returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unworn and unwashed with tags attached
Purchases Made In-store Return Policy:
In-store purchases are eligible for returns or exchanges within 10 days. Please note these items must also be unworn and unwashed with tags attached - if any of these have occurred, the items can no longer be exchanged.
Any shoe from our LAST CHANCE collection and any items sold at a discount during promotional times are final sale.
Please note: **Stacy Bradley items purchased in store are exchange ONLY!**
What is “Free Returns” Coverage?
When you opt-in for coverage at checkout, your return shipping label is included, allowing you to return any item(s) in your order for FREE.
If you decide not to buy return coverage you can still return your items, but you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.
All returns are subject to the guidelines outlined in our Return Policy.
