Return Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from CHARLESTON SHOE CO., therefore, we do allow returns from ONLY ONLINE purchases within 30 days of delivery for all shipped orders that have not been worn.

Please email customerservice@charlestonshoeco.com for any refund requests.

We allow exchanges company wide. You can exchange in store or ship back to our warehouse for processing. Address listed below. If you are not particularly sure about a pair of shoes, please don’t wear it. Once you do, the shoes can no longer be exchanged.

We only accept exchanges for merchandise purchased at Charleston Shoe Co. Merchandise purchased at other retailers must be returned or exchanged at that retail store.

We are not responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred. Please insure your return/exchange packages for the full amount of the purchase. Be sure to fill out an exchange form that is included in each order.
