Effie Backless Wedge

There is something about a gold stud that just works. It catches the light at golden hour, it dresses up a sundress, and on the Effie, it turns a simple slide into the shoe you reach for on repeat.

We built the Effie around an easy, backless silhouette, but the details are what set it apart. Rows of polished gold studs run the length of the toe strap, set against a woven texture that gives the whole upper a little richness without trying too hard. The strap itself is more reinforced through the toe for extra support with every step, while the wide elastic band across the top of the foot stretches to fit and holds the shoe securely in place. No fumbling with buckles, no breaking-in period. Just slide in and go.

Underneath, a durable faux espadrille wrapped wedge gives you height and texture that plays perfectly against the metallic studs, while a rubber sole keeps you steady from the cobblestones to the cocktail hour. True to our roots, every pair is handmade in Mexico by skilled artisans, so no two are ever quite identical.
