Returns and exchanges accepted within 30 days. Items must be unworn and unwashed with all original tags attached.

In-Store Purchases

Returns and exchanges accepted within 10 days. Items must be unworn and unwashed with tags attached.

Last Chance and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. When you opt in for return coverage at checkout, a prepaid return label is included for free returns.

Common Questions

Are your shoes bunion-friendly? Yes! Many of our styles feature criss-cross straps over the toes, providing extra comfort and support for bunion-prone feet.

Are your shoes machine washable? The majority of our shoes are machine washable. Remove any inserts, place in a garment bag, and wash on a gentle cycle with cold water. Air dry for best results. This does not apply to leather styles.

Do you offer gift cards? Yes! Gift cards are available online and in-store. Please note that gift cards can only be redeemed in-store at this time.
